Please do not assume our team remembers details from previous years. Event leads, volunteers, and coordinators change year to year, and the festival continues to grow. Each submission should stand on its own. - Questions before submitting? Ask first
Event leads should attend one of the weekly planning meetings announced via snoflingamt@gmail.com, which is the best place to ask logistical questions and brainstorm with organizers. If questions remain, please contact snoflingamt@gmail.com to resolve them before submitting this form.
