Make flashlight lanterns for people to borrow at the Enchanting M

Jan 30-Feb 1 (Fri-Sun) General festival help at various locations
General festival support, including signage setup, moving equipment, and last-minute assistance (vehicle or towing capacity a plus).

Jan 30 (Friday) 10am-3pm | Big Butte Upper Parking Lot
Set up lights for Enchanting M

Jan 30 (Friday) 3pm-5pm | High Altitude Skate Center
Set up merch, tables, and chairs. Assist with skate rentals.

Jan 30 (Friday) 4:30pm-9:30pm | High Altitude Skate Center
Assist with skate rentals, parking help, volunteer check-in.

Jan 31 (Saturday) | 9am-11:30am | Homestake Lodge
Parking assistance, help direct guests

Jan 31 (Saturday) 9:30am-11:30am | The Original
Course direction for participants at designated points along the 5k route

Jan 31 (Saturday) 11:30am-2:00pm | Stodden Park
Help with various kids activity stations, signing waivers, hand out prizes, sledding hill assistance.

Jan 31 (Saturday) | 11:45am-1:45pm | Homestake Lodge
Parking assistance, help direct guests

Jan 31 (Saturday) 5:30pm-8:45pm | Big Butte Upper Parking Lot
Waiver assistance, flashlight collection + survey outreach at loop exit, trail monitoring, and parking assistance.

Feb 1 (Sunday) | 9am-11:30am | Homestake Lodge
Parking assistance, help direct guests

Feb 1 (Sunday) 10am-3pm | Big Butte Upper Parking Lot
Take down lights for Enchanting M

Feb 1 (Sunday) | 10:15-11:30am | High Altitude Skate Center
Pass out ice skates and waiver assistance.

Feb 1 (Sunday) | 11:45am-2pm | Homestake Lodge
Parking assistance, help direct guests
