Join us anytime Saturday from 9:00am to 3:00 pm at Lions Den Day Use Area. The Forest Service, along with Friends of Thompson Park will host event to educate about winter recreation opportunities at Thompson Park. The Friends of Thompson Park, a local non-profit organization, who partners with the Forest Service and Butte-Silver Bow Parks and Rec to provide winter trail grooming, will also have group members there. Stop by Lions Den to visit with Forest Service employees, Friends of Thompson Park members, try out snowshoeing, Fat Bike riding, learn more about the park and the many opportunities for recreation at this incredible location.
