Make your own flashlight lantern torch to use during the SNöFLINGA Enchanting Winter Gathering! Lanterns can be carried along the lighted trails or used to join in IlluminDance, helping create a more artful, glowing, site-specific experience.
Workshop details:
- Takes approximately 15–20 minutes to make one lantern
- Drop in anytime between 4:00–7:00 PM
- Art supplies provided
What to know / bring (optional):
- Bring a plastic bottle if you want a specific lantern shape (molds will also be available)
- Lanterns take overnight to dry — bring a small empty box if you’d like to take yours home right away
- Lanterns work best when duct taped to a flashlight with:
- a larger head
- an on/off switch on the handle
- A limited number of flashlights will be available on a first-come, first-served basis
